Frequently Asked Questions - Digital Products

Are sample packs on thebeathustle.com royalty free? 
No, our sample packs are not royalty free. For hassle-free clearance on commercial projects (major placements, tv/film, licensing, etc.) please contact clearance@beathustle.com

I purchased a sample pack and cannot find the download link. How do I download? 
All of digital products like drum kits and sample packs are delivered via digital download links at the end of your confirmed check out, as well as sent via email to the address provided. Please check your SPAM Folder/Filter. Most orders are available to download immediately after purchase. Occasionally it may take up to 30 minutes to deliver your download links.

If your link cannot be found or if it times out due to internet connection or expiration, please email vip@besthustle.com include your order number and email. We will send you a new link ASAP. 

My dowloaded zip file seems to be corrupted when I try to unzip it, what should I do?
Before unzipping your dowloaded file, please ensure that the file has downloaded in full.

Mac users: Double click on the file and the extraction process will begin automatically - you don't need any additional software to extract files on Mac

PC Users: May need additional software to unzip files, try free software like WinRAR. On rare occasion, you may see an error if you are trying to extract a zip that was created on a Mac system. If you encounter this problem - please contact our support team at vip@besthustle.com.  

I purchased a sample pack, can I return it
Digital products purchased from TheBeatHustle.com are non-refundable. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions - Physical Products

What is your return policy for non-digital products? 
We do not accept returns on Sale Items. We will accept returns up to 14 days after you received the order. We do not accept any returns after the 14 day time period has passed.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and unopened. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and do not have their original packaging.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not pay for the shipping back to us.

How can I track a physical product?

An email with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Or contact vip@beathustle.com if you have any issues.

Are domestic orders for physical products free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on some domestic orders within the contiguous 48 United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, DDP and taxes must be paid by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES & DELAYS & LOST DELIVERY

Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. Please take some time to refer to the list of items restricted by your country before placing your order. If you decide to refuse a shipment, The BeatHustle will not grant refunds of any kind.

The BeatHustle cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed. For international orders, we strongly recommend the Flat Rate DHL Express so that your package can be tracked and delivered with confidence. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and will be automatically calculated before you check out, so you'll know exactly how much you'll be paying before finalizing your order. Prices are set by the carrier, and you'll see all of the shipping options listed in the shopping cart when you are ready to check out. Just enter your city and country into our shipping estimator.

Remember, international shipments do not include import and customs tax that you may incur once the package arrives in your country.
